Melbourne

Well, we haven't updated this in a few days. On Monday we had a busy but boring day - we drove 3 hours to the airport, waited round the airport for a while, took a 3 hour flight, and also lost 3 hours in the time difference. So in spite of an early start, we didn't get to our hostel until quite late at night. 

Tues and Wednesday we spent some time around Melbourne. It's quite a beautiful city. We took a boat tour, went up one of the skyscrapers, walked around the river, had a go on some trams and visited the aquarium. (Which I loved!!!) We also went out to St. Kilda beach, and say a penguin in the rocks. 


Sorry this isn't a great post. We are sort of out in the sticks, and having difficulty with the internet connection. When we get to the airport on Saturday we can upload more pictures and all. We have taken a road trip out the great ocean road, which has been great. We are staying in Port Campbell, and I got loads of lovely pictures along the way. (including a mother and baby koala). Will share these when we have better internet signal.
